Academy sessions will consist of high repetition, fundamental skills and drills in a fun atmosphere coached by the high school coaches. Players will be broken up by age/grade and experience. Started 5 years ago by Kingwood High School Coach Chris Arnold, Lacrosse Academy has been a major factor in success of all of our teams and players across the Kingwood Youth and High School programs. Players get hundreds of "touches" (ground balls, shots and passes) in each Academy session, which will help them improve their skills exponentially throughout the season. First session begins Jan. 18, 2016.

Our Kingwood Youth Lacrosse Academy, now in its fifth season, has proven very successful in preparing our young players for competitive high school lacrosse. When your players reach the High School team, Fall Lacrosse Academy becomes Boot Camp, a 12 week preseason preparation program. You've probably seen us out at Riverwood or KHS doing drills, but we also go to the YMCA pool, do strength/speed training at Athletic Republic and add workouts at places like the American Ninja Training Gym.
Here is a fun video that will give you a sneak peak at what the youth players can expect when they join the high school lacrosse team.
Please consider joining our team as a corporate or family sponsor. The sponsorship form can be found under the "DOCUMENTS" tab on this page.
